Day 2 of unemployment and I don’t know what else to say. Yesterday I meant to leave my apartment at some point to at least get out of the house, but didn’t actually make it out the door until 5PM to join the Somerville Public Library. It was already dark outside by 5 PM so I semi felt like a complete waste of life even though I spent the day going through important paperwork. I didn’t want to make the same mistake today so I went for a walk outside this morning on a bike path near my apartment.  In my boredom of my own thoughts I decided I’d start one of those picture a day projects when you take at least one picture a day for 365 days and post them online or wherever you look at your pictures. I took mine on the bike path this morning. No, I’m not trying to become a photographer, just trying to cure some boredom. 🙂

The snow is certainly melting around here. Tomorrow I’m going to visit my sister and her two kids, so hopefully I’ll have a picture of two cute tiny tots to share with you all! 🙂

So I know I mentioned before that I’m visiting my parents in FL in March. After calling my Mom to tell her I got laid off , she decided it would be a good idea for me to come down and visit them during January/February for a week. Wahoo! I can’t wait to get away from this stinky winter weather, but I will miss Kraig while I’m away. I also can’t help but feel guilty leaving him here in New England. Kraig is Antiguan, so he HATES the winter more than me!

Is it considered cheating on my picture project if I post a picture from today for tomorrow’s picture? Yeah, I think so too.
