I thought it might be fun to feature an everyday summer makeup look on the blog. This is a simple everyday look that’s not overbearing, but adds some color to my pale skin for the work day.
I started out with a freshly washed and moisturized face before starting to apply the MAKE UP FOR EVER Full Cover Concealer in Pink Porcelain 1 (available here). I gently applied this concealer under my eye area with a tiny beauty blender. After this is fully worked into my skin, I applied the Murad Acne Treatment Concealer in Light (available here, here, here, and here). This will go on any red zits I have on my face. Next up is a light application of The Laura Mercier Oil Free Tinted Moisturizer in Porcelain (available here, here, and here). I let this sit for a minute or so on my face before applying The Laura Mercier Smooth Focus Pressed Setting Powder Shine Control (available here and here). Then I take a bronzer brush to apply The Benfit Hoola Bronzer (available here, here, and here). Once the bronzer is all blended in, I used my clean fingers to apply The Benefit Majorette Cream to Powder Blush (available here and here) with Bobbi Brown Pot Rouge in Fresh Melon layered over it (available here, here, and here).
For my eyes, I apply MAC Pro Longwear Paint Pot in Painterly over the lids (available here, here and here) with MAC Paint Pot in Groundbreak applied as an eyeliner (available here and here). I filled in my brows with Anastasia Beverly Hills DIPBROW Pomade in Taupe (available here, here and here) applied with the Anastasia Beverly Hills Brush #12 (available here and here). After that, I applied the Topshop Glow Highlighter in Polish (available here) to my browbones and the top of my cheekbones. The Shu Uemura Eyelash Curler (available here) is used on my top lashes followed by a couple of coats of Illamasqu Masquara Gain in Black (available here). I set this all with a few sprays of The Urban Decay Cooling Spray (available here, here, here, and here). Last, but not least I put some MAC Lipstick on in Tropic Tonic (available here and here).
