I got my hair cut and colored (a little darker balayage) recently and love the results. My haircut was the same day as my friend’s birthday party, so I got to have a good hairstyle for a night out.

Maxi dress in Linen is Jen’s Pirate Booty available here and here. I kind of feel like I’m in a Vampire Diaries flashback when I wear it.

Now switching gears to a work outfit. Pretty much all older items in my closet except the flats.

Navy blue ruffle top is old from Anthropologie and SSO. I found similar ones here and here.  I only wear this shirt tucked into a high-waisted skirt or pants because it’s so loose at the bottom.  It matches a lot of my printed bottoms.

For the days leading up to the 4th of July, I decided to get a little festive by breaking out my old Tocca NYC polka dotted dress. This dress is so old, that I can’t even find it anywhere on ebay or poshmark to link to you.  You know what they say, if the dress still fits, wear it.  I paired it with my J. Crew Cece ballet flats.
