Makeup Look #1.

Happy 2017! With the new year, I want to start a new series on my blog sharing different makeup looks and product combinations that I’m currently loving.  I’m excited to share my first one with you today. 🙂

I’ve been using Nature Bisse Sheer Eye underneath my eyes to moisturize and lightly conceal dark circles everyday. You can read more about my thoughts on this product here. To hide redness or old acnes scars, I apply Makeup Forever Concealer in Pink Porcelain 1 and then for any zits I use Murad Acne Concealer Stick in Light. I love this Murad concealer because it blends into makeup easily and helps kill the zit.  Next up is the Laura Mercier Silk Creme Foundation in Rose Ivory  which helps even out my skin tone and my facial redness.  I set this with the Laura Mercier Loose Setting Powder in Translucent and then apply the Hourglass Ambient Lighting Blush in Mood Exposure as a subtle and warming blush.

I fill in my brows with Anastasia Beverly Hills DipBrow Pomade in Taupe and this #12 Brush.

For my eyes, I started with MAC Pro Longwear Paint Pot in Painterly as a base, and then applied Too Faced Eyeshadow in Honey Pot all over my lid to the crease with a little swipe of Heaven below the brow. Stila Stay All Day Waterproof Liquid Eyeliner in Intense Black is very easy to apply to my upper lash line and then MAC Pro Longwear Paint Pot in Groundwork is blended along my bottom Lash Line.  I scored this Dior Diorshow Mascara as a free sample from Sephora, and added a little glow with  Top Shop Glow Highlighter in Polished along the inner corner of my eyes and the strobing parts of the face.

I finished the look off with MAC Be Silly Lipstick which feels very velvety going on and is an instant mood brightener in the Winter!

I realize I’m super awkward in these photos. Just trying to showcase the makeup!
