Our friends Steve and Rosie had a beautiful wedding in Connecticut this June. They met at Connecticut College, so the ceremony was at the chapel on campus followed by a lovely reception at Lake of Isles. We had a wonderful time and I loved the view for cocktail hour! I ordered a French Martini in honor of the bride that introduced me to that drink.

Another weekend in June was spent in Plymouth at The Best Western for my best friend Liz’s bachelorette Party! I was Liz’s Maid of Honor for her wedding and was so happy I got to fill that role! Liz and I have been friends since elementary school, so I was truly honored to be such a big part of her special wedding day!  For the bachelorette party, we started our day off at Plymouth Long Beach, had lunch at Sandy’s, and then did a wine tasting at Plymouth Winery. Here’s the wedding party on the beach. I’m wearing a huge sunhat and the bride is in the middle!

After the winery, we all went back to the hotel to hit the pool, freshen up, and have some before dinner drinks!

Then we all enjoyed a lovely dinner followed by some drinks out in town at The Cabby Shack. It was a lot of fun and I hope everyone enjoyed themselves!
